Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use arcscalemedia.com or an ArcScale Media account, offerwall or Discord bot. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to them. “We” and “us” mean ArcScale Media and the people who run it.

Who can use ArcScale

• You must be at least 16 years old.
• ArcScale is available in the United States and Canada. Each offer also has its own rules about countries, devices and age. Some offers, such as sweepstakes or gaming offers, are only for people 18 or older (or older, where local law requires). Only complete offers you are eligible for.
• To withdraw money, you must be able to legally use the payment method you choose. For example, PayPal requires its account holders to be adults.
• One account per person. Duplicate accounts are not allowed.

Your account

Give us accurate information and keep your password safe. You’re responsible for what happens in your account. We approve publisher and advertiser accounts by hand and may decline an application without giving a reason.

Earning rewards (members)

• A reward is only earned once the advertiser confirms you completed the offer and we approve it. Clicking an offer is not enough.
• Some offers have a hold period after approval before the money becomes available.
• If an advertiser reverses a conversion, or we find it was fraudulent, we can remove the reward, even after it was approved.
• Withdrawals have a minimum amount and are sent to the payment details you give us. Check them carefully, because we can’t always recover money sent to the wrong place.

Publishers

• Only promote offers you have been approved for, and only through the traffic sources you told us about and the offer allows.
• Give each of your users their own user ID. Never use one shared ID.
• Your earnings are based on approved conversions only. Rejected or reversed conversions are not paid.
• You are responsible for how you show offers on your site, app or server, and for following the laws that apply to you, including telling your users how rewards work.

Advertisers

Live campaigns need a separate written agreement covering the payout, what counts as a valid conversion, allowed traffic, caps and how you’ll pay us. If that agreement and these terms disagree, the agreement wins.

Not allowed

• Bots, scripts, VPNs or proxies used to hide where you are, or anything else that fakes clicks or conversions.
• Multiple accounts, fake details, or completing offers for someone else.
• Spam, misleading ads, or using brands without permission.
• Incentivized traffic on offers that don’t allow it.
• Trying to break into, overload or copy the site.

If we believe you’ve broken these rules, we can hold or cancel earnings, suspend or close your account, and keep any money linked to the activity. If you think we got it wrong, open a dispute from your account or email us.

No guarantees

Offers change and can end at any time. We don’t promise any amount of earnings, conversions, traffic or results. The site is provided as it is, and it may sometimes be unavailable.

Our liability

As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost profits or lost data. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount we owe you in approved, unpaid earnings, or $100, whichever is greater. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under consumer protection laws that can’t be excluded.

Ending your account

You can ask us to close your account at any time. If you have approved earnings above the minimum, request a withdrawal first. We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. We’ll change the date at the top and tell signed-in users about significant changes. If you keep using ArcScale after a change, the new terms apply.
